Free Yoga Nidras Online

Yoga Nidra Network – The Yoga Nidra Network is an inclusive and conscientious platform designed to offer skillful Nidra to the masses. Led by Uma Dinsmore-Tuli (author of the astounding and amazing book Yoni Shakti) and Nirlipta Tuli as well as their team. Check it out if you would like to test out different types of Nidra to see which one resonates with you! They even offer Nidras in multiple languages for those who that resonates with.

iRest Institute – One of my favorites, this Vimeo channel offers a plethora of Nidras, with everything from sleep help to relaxing into your own presence. Lengths of Nidras vary from 5 minutes to 45 minutes, offering something for everyone’s schedule.
