Monthly New Moon Women’s Circles

I am thrilled to hold an in-person space for women in my community and beyond! Come and join us as we relax into a gentle yoga flow, luxuriate in a delicious and balancing Yoga Nidra, share about our lives with an authentic community, set intentions based on our intuition, Tarot and astrological insights, and surrender these intentions to the energy of the new moon. Leave feeling empowered, centered and ready to head into the next moon cycle. Held each month around the time of the new moon, dates below.

Weekly Prenatal and Postnatal Gentle Yoga Classes

Every Wednesday from 7-8 pm CST, join me either in the studio (Grateful Yoga of Evanston) or virtually (Zoom) to move gently through pregnancy and postpartum. We use grounding, a bit of strengthening, safe restorative poses and a guided relaxation to tap into a state of calm, unwavering peace. Proof of vaccination and masks required for in-person option. Restorative Yoga and Nidra Workshops

So far, 2022 doesn’t feel any different from 2020 or 2021…so instead of hoping for our external circumstances to change, let’s get together and work on our response instead. Living from a place of rest and balance is incredibly helpful in handling all of the stress put on us modern day humans.
