Welcome! My name is Rose and it is my passion to help people find ground, meaning, inspiration and wholeness within the realm of their inner teacher. We are all born with an innate ability to recognize our paths in life but, many times, we meet uncertainty, obstacles, illness, stress and more on our journey.

Reiki is the beautiful healing energy available all around us. During a Reiki session, I channel this energy into specific points along the body, meant to dissolve blockages, create space and attune the body to higher vibrations. It has a deep impact on healing at all levels: emotional, physical, mental and spiritual.

Yoga Nidra is a special practice for cultivating more self-knowledge. To be in Nidra means settling into a deep meditation (lying down) in which we quiet this external noise and the intake of the senses so that we can listen to the internal voice of guidance. Not only that, it is a great chance to surrender your own expectations, to-do lists and truly rest within your own heart, a potent place of peace.
